Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. When we say "you", we mean the account owner and anyone calling our APIs with your keys.
Prohibited uses
- Unlawful activity in any jurisdiction where you or your users operate, including fraud, phishing, and unauthorized access to systems.
- Generation or distribution of material that sexualizes minors, in any form, without exception.
- Targeted harassment, doxxing, or content intended to incite violence against people or groups.
- Disinformation infrastructure: coordinated inauthentic campaigns aimed at elections or public health.
- Circumventing safety filters, prompt injection against other customers' tenancy, or probing the service's internals.
- Overloading the service beyond your rate limits, or reselling raw API access without a written agreement.
- Scraping or exporting another party's personal data without a lawful basis.
Disclosure and enforcement
We may review flagged content and suspend keys when we have a good-faith belief that this policy is violated. We disclose content or identity only when legally compelled, and we publish a transparency summary each January.
Reporting
Report abuse to [email protected]. Include the request identifier and a description of the suspected violation; we review reports within 5 business days.
